EMerchants has combined its programs to deliver a Loyalty Program that does not require these costly set ups and enables businesses to tailor the loyalty program to suit their customers while utilizing existing infrastructure such as EFTPOS.

Solutions
EMerchants' Loyalty Solution is unique in that it does not require expensive integration. EMerchants manages the entire Loyalty Solution from the front end EFTPOS and online accounts to the back end, such as, office settlement and ATA management. EMerchants uses a 16 digit card number to generate an account for each member and balances can be viewed via the EFTPOS terminal and over the internet. Online accounts allow members to update personal information, view transaction history and current balances. |
Terminal restrictions are used to facilitate a range of different client programs, including Loyalty and Gift Cards, Preferred Supplier Corporate Expense Solutions, School and University Cards (e.g. blocking liquor and gambling merchant categories).
An example of this process is, a retailer may wish to sell a Loyalty Card which can be used only at their chain of stores. EMerchants would gather the details of each of the clients’ POS terminals and create a terminal restrictions white list ensuring the cards can only be used at the clients’ stores.
Similarly, for a Loyalty Card Program, which requires no access to cash, EMerchants would create a black list prohibiting ATM transactions and cash out at POS.
